Broadband Setup
We can complete this whole process for you (or any part of it), from sourcing the best broadband provider for you, right through to installing your modem and connecting you to the internet.

Email Setup
We'll set up your emails using either POP3 (Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live Mail etc) or an online Webmail (similar to Google Mail, Hotmail etc) so you can connect from any computer. Price is per email address.

Photo and Video Backup
We will backup all your important documents like your photographs and home videos, then we'll put them on dvd for you so you can view them in most dvd players, or on a different computer. Price is per computer.  Extra copies of the dvd are available at just £5 each.

File Recovery
Lost the family photos or videos now we live in a digital age? Want them recovering?  It's all too easy to lose the family photos now we store them on computers instead of in physical photo albums, and gone are the days of the video tape. We'll spend up to 4 hours trying to recover the memories for you. If we can't recover your data in this time then the data probably can't be recovered but we'll only charge you half our fee.

Data Transfer
Do you want data transfering from your old computer to your new one?  No problem for the 50 Quid IT team. Price is per transfer from one computer to another computer.

PC Installation / PC Re-installation
We'll install your computer, including any printers / scanners / external hardware that may need setting up too. Price is per computer, regardless of how much hardware needs installing.

Relocation Services
Moving home? We'll take down your old computer, relocate it, and set it back up again at your new home. This service is charged per computer (including additional hardware). To cover the cost of petrol we charge 50p per mile between locations.

Software Installation
We'll install any new software for you. (price per computer, excluding operating systems - see Upgrades).

Upgrades
Want extra memory, an extra hard drive, or a new dvd or blu-ray drive putting in your computer? No problem - we'll even source the best products for the job if you haven't bought them already. Want to upgrade your Operating System?  We'll look after this for you and even back up your existing files and emails and transfer these back to your computer once the new Operating Software is installed. Call us for a quotation safe in the knowledge this won't cost you any more than 50 quid!

Computer Speed-up
Is your computer or internet running slow?  We'll fix it with our PC MOT. We'll check and fix everything from your broadband speed and start-up programs to checking if your pc's internal fan is running properly. We can't promise a Ferrari from a Lada but we'll do what we can to make sure your pc is running as fast and efficiently as it physically can be.

Virus and Spyware Removal
Are you worried that you may have a virus, or worried about the security of your online banking and shopping transactions?  We'll run a full virus and spyware scan, remove anything nasty we find, and protect your computers against further attacks. Cost is per computer.

Anything Else?
Each IT Specialist have their own special skills but they are all proficient in what they do and bare the knowledge required to work safely and efficiently in your home. If the service you require isn't listed, just ask, but as always you know this won't cost you any more than 50 quid.
