Broadband Setup
We can complete this whole process for you (or any part of it), from sourcing the best broadband provider for you, right through to installing your modem and connecting you to the internet.
Email Setup
We'll set up your emails using either POP3 (Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live Mail etc) or an online Webmail (similar to Google Mail, Hotmail etc) so you can connect from any computer. Cost is per email address.
Data Backup
We will backup either your important files or your whole hard disc to either an external hard drive or by using an encrypted online backup solution to keep all your data safe. We will also schedule automatic backups or teach you how to do it yourself. Cost is per computer.
Data Destruction
Old computers just laying around and you don't know what to do with them? Old data sitting on computers and you want it removing with no trace? Then we can sort all of that for you. We'll remove your old computers free of charge and destroy your old hard drives using the latest and safest methods. We'll completely remove unwanted files from your existing computers so even the best IT specialists can't find them. Cost of file destruction is per computer.
Data Recovery
Lost important data and want it recovering? We'll spend up to 4 hours trying to recover the data for you. If we can't recover your data in this time then the data probably can't be recovered, but we will advise you how to avoid losing important data in the future, and only charge you half the fee!
Data Transfer
Do you want data transfering from your old computer to your new one, or even from your existing computers (up to 3) to an internal or external server? No problem for the 50 Quid IT team.
PC Installation / PC Re-installation
We'll install your computer, including any printers / scanners / external hardware that may need setting up too. Cost is per computer, regardless of how much hardware needs installing.
Relocation Services
Moving offices? We'll take down your old computers, relocate them, and set them back up again at your new location. This service is charged per computer (including additional hardware). To cover the cost of petrol we charge 50p per mile between locations.
Software Installation
We'll install any new software for you. (cost per computer, excluding operating systems - see Upgrades).
Upgrades
Want extra memory, an extra hard drive, or a new dvd or blu-ray drive putting in your computer? No problem - we'll even source the best products for the job if you haven't bought them already. Want to upgrade your Operating System? We'll look after this for you and even back up your existing files and emails and transfer these back to your computer once the new Operating Software is installed. Call us for a quotation safe in the knowledge this won't cost you any more than 50 quid!
Fault Finding
Do you have a fault somewhere that is slowing your computers or server down or stopping you work effectively because no matter what you try it just doesn't work how it should? Annoying isn't it? We'll do what we can to find the fault, and fix it.
Virus and Spyware Removal
Are you worried that you may have a virus, or worried that hackers may have access to your computers or private files? We'll run a full virus and spyware scan, remove anything nasty we find, and protect your computers against further attacks. Cost is per computer.
Anything Else?
Each IT Specialist have their own special skills but they are all proficient in what they do and bare the knowledge required to work safely and efficiently for your small business. If the service you require isn't listed, just ask, but as always you know this won't cost you any more than 50 quid.

We will come to your home / place of work and clean and tune up your pc so it runs both faster and more efficiently.
